Pertaining to NetFlix Korean language offerings, I wish there was an option to hear the dialog in Korean instead of the dubbed version.
There is. You have to fiddle with the audio and subtitle settings in the bottom right. All Netflix original dramas (distinct from licensed dramas) have English dubs and default to that setting if you're watching from an account in English.
Actually very little fiddling, just set the audio to Korean and left the subtitles in English. THANK YOU!
